How will I receive my Audio Legacy?

You will receive a metal card with a QR code with a link directly to your Audio Legacy. You can then listen to this Audio Legacy through your laptop, phone, iPad or any other device that is compatible with SoundCloud.

How long will it take to receive my Audio Legacy after recording?

You will receive your Audio Legacy in a maximum of 10 weeks, this is extremely likely to be shorter but you will not be waiting for longer than this. That is regardless of the package that you chose.

How quickly will my recording date be confirmed?

You will receive an automated reply to the booking with details on your booking request. Our team will be in contact to confirm the booking date or suggest alternatives within 72 hours of the booking being made.

What if I am not happy with the content?

We believe that the edited version of your Audio Legacy will be of a high standard and something you and your family will be over the moon with. If you are not happy and the recording falls below your expectations please get in contact with the team on hello@audiolegacy.co.uk to discuss further options and editing.

Where about do I need to live to receive a face to face recording?

As of December 2023 we are covering all areas of London, plus Surrey & Kent within the package prices. Should you live outside these areas and want to book an Audio Legacy package please contact hello@audiolegacy.co.uk

How long will the recording be?

We will allow for 90 minutes for the face to face recording and the final edited recording will last between 30 and 50 minutes.

How can I share my recording with family members?

Your link to the recording will be able to be shared with whoever you want, you will be able to copy and paste the link to share via email, text message, WhatsApp etc.
