Here at Audio Legacy we provide a service like no other...
We provide you with an opportunity to leave behind something unique for future generations. Anything from a short message to a life story documentary. We offer several predesigned packages for you to choose from as well as our custom package that brings together your own ideas with our expertise.
The Beginning
On purchasing your audio legacy we will send you an information sheet containing helpful tips on how best to prepare for your interview.
The Middle
The interview consists of a 2 hour session divided into 3 time slots.
We begin with a 15 minute discussion regarding which topics you would like to include in your audio legacy, who it might be for and the interview process itself. During this time, we will take notes to refer to throughout the interview.
The interview can take up to one and a half hours and will be recorded on our professional digital recorder.
We conclude by discussing the final aspects of your audio legacy. This includes the use of sound fx, images or any other requests depending on the package you have chosen.
The End
Having imported your recording into our editing suite, we sensitively take out any pauses and stumbles, whilst retaining your conversation paterns. We like to draw an analogy with music at this point. If you listen to a live concert , all the mistakes and extraneous noise are part of the experience . If however you listen to a recording of a concert, these mistakes and noises begin to annoy. What we do is create a recording that is easy and enjoyable to listen to.
Having edited your stories, we sift through our extensive FX library to find the perfect sounds to accompany your audio legacy.
On completion we will provide you with one of our complimentary memory sticks containing a master copy of your audio legacy along with three CD copies.
